On the afternoon of June 20, 2023, 2023 China Intelligent Sanitary Ware Supply Chain Enhancement Conference was held in Hangzhou. Representatives from the smart sanitary ware industry and its supply chain related enterprises attended the meeting.
Successive Intelligent Sanitary Ware Supply Chain Enhancement Conference was held concurrently with the China Intelligent Sanitary Ware Industry Development Summit, aiming to set up a communication platform for the upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain, tighten the enterprise connection and promote win-win cooperation, which was actively participated and highly recognized by the enterprises, and it has become an activity with continuity, branding and influence.
China Building Sanitary Ceramics Association Vice President and Chairman of the Intelligent Home Branch Xu Xiwu delivered a speech for the meeting. Xu Xiwu pointed out that the core components of the intelligent toilet as an important part of the intelligent toilet, directly related to the quality level of the intelligent toilet. Promote the intelligent sanitary ware supply chain, especially the quality of the main components of the intelligent toilet is also the focus of the Association. We hope to take advantage of the supply chain conference to strengthen the cooperation between enterprises and the industry, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the intelligent sanitary ware industry.
Chen Weilin, General Manager of Shanghai Huazhuang Technology Co., Ltd, made a speech on “Sharing of Upgrading Programs to Enhance the Industry’s Intelligent Sanitary Ware Production Line and Sharing of Research Results of Intelligent Sanitary Ware Deodorizing Equipment”, pointing out that the production of intelligent toilets needs to be upgraded to intelligent and flexible manufacturing to lean management, stabilize the quality, and improve the productivity of the labor force. For the deodorization function, Chen Weilin showed the debugging and improved deodorization test method and validation data, and proposed to add in the standard on the deodorization consumables easy to change, improve the ammonia sensor installation form and other suggestions to further optimize the deodorization function of the intelligent toilet.
Mr. Hu Guowei, General Manager of Ningbo Heben Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. gave a speech on “Analysis of the Optimization of Intelligent Toilet Flap Gearbox Technology”, showing how the original non-contact magnetic ring design can improve the performance of the protection gear and ensure the long-term, safe and stable operation of the intelligent toilet flap function. Wen Jun, Deputy General Manager of Boiling Quality Data, gave a speech on “Re-conceptualizing Quality and Making Quality More Valuable”, explaining that the importance of quality is becoming more and more prominent against the background of increasingly stringent policy requirements and rising consumer demand, and that consumers’ demand for product quality has been raised from being “qualified” to being healthier and safer, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and more comfortable and efficient. Enterprises in the smart toilet industry chain should pay more attention to and actively participate in the preparation of relevant standards, quality grading, quality assessment work, based on quality, to further enhance the brand image.
Mr. Devin Law, Deputy General Manager of Nippon Business Unit of WK Testing Technology Co., Ltd, made a presentation on “Domestic EMC Access and Case Sharing of EMC Performance Enhancement of Intelligent Sanitary Ware”, explaining the meaning of EMC, describing the domestic EMC access requirements of intelligent sanitary ware products, and sharing the successful cases of EMC performance enhancement of intelligent sanitary ware products. Mr. Ping Zhixiong, General Manager of Changhe Intelligent Home (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. made a speech on “Division of labor and cooperation, continuous innovation is the healthy road for the development of intelligent toilet industry”. By retrospecting the rise of China’s intelligent toilet and accessories manufacturing industry, Ping Zhixiong summarized that the intelligent toilet is a cross-border multidisciplinary products, product upgrading and development needs to be ceramics, accessories, and the whole enterprise to jointly promote the development of which, the accessories enterprise is one of the most important forces to promote the technological innovation of the intelligent toilet.
